About Tanaro Growth & Sustainability Hub

 

Tanaro Growth & Sustainability Hub, in partnership with Gauteng City College (Pty) Ltd, provides valuable workplace experiential learning opportunities for learners enrolled in Learnership Programmes. Our goal is to equip learners with both foundational and specialized training, ensuring they gain hands-on experience across various business divisions before moving into qualification-specific training.

Each learner is placed in a designated “Pod” based on their qualifications, skills, and abilities, where they rotate quarterly through different areas of the business, including Marketing, Finance, Administration, Sales, Project Management, IT Technical, and Data Management. This structured approach ensures a holistic understanding of the business while meeting the requirements for their logbooks.

Our workplace learnerships combine theoretical learning with practical, on-the-job experience, providing learners with the skills necessary for industry recognition and certification. These learnerships, governed by SETAs and the QCTO, comprise 70% workplace experience and 30% theoretical study, offering learners a comprehensive education that boosts their employability.

At Tanaro, we are committed to meeting all SETA and QCTO requirements, ensuring that learners are accurately tracked and supported through their journey. Daily registers and logbooks are maintained for all participants to ensure seamless progression and successful certification.
